  • The Saint Francis University Office of Human Resources is a team of servant leaders dedicated to guiding administrators, faculty, and staff in their work to support the University's mission.  We are inspired by and strive to live by the Franciscan values of humility, generosity, reverence, service, respect, prayer, and joy. 

     

    The functional areas of the Office of Human Resources:

    • Employment (Hiring policies, procedures, and guidelines, talent acquisition, and onboarding)
    • Employee Relations (communication resources for faculty, staff, and supervisors regarding performance planning and development, conduct, learning opportunities, and work/life)
    • Data Management (supervisory on-line tools and forms for requesting personnel actions, reports)
    • Benefits and Compensation (Benefit and time off plans and related information)
